How do I repaint my bathroom that have already be painted beside Latex paint? My bathroom has be painted with Latex paint and very soon...

My bathroom has be painted with Latex paint and very soon its a cracking and splitting apart. Up on the ceiling there is some black mold growing on it. I be told the black mold is there because latex paint is not suppose to be contained by bathrooms because of the moisture, and latex paint got grease in it. Can I simply clean stale the mold and paint with Kilz next paint with a top white paint, or do I enjoy to strip the latex off the wall first? Please facilitate, I don't like my bathroom looking so shocking!
Answers:    that's incorrect, LATEX paint has no grease in it.
even if you paint over it, the cracks are still going to be within.
if you buy paint buy a WASHABLE LATEX PAINT. that's what i painted my bathroom with 4 years ago and it's still looking contemporary. believe i bougt it at home depot.
the paint may have cracked because you can't put latex paint
over an grease base paint. latex is a short time ago a form of rubber and is water soluable (brushes dust off within warm river and soap.)
oil bottom paint however is not water soluable, and the brushes must be cleaned next to paint thinner.
you might try a filler for those cracks and then sand them down in the past painting although that filler will want at least two coats of paint. the adjectives bathroom should been given two coats of paint REGUARDLESS of what anybody tries to relate you. even the salesman may say one coat should do it, use two. the hardware stores provide a ready mixed filler that looks close to plaster in a plastic container. apply it next to a small scrapper, let dry a sunshine or two then sand down till it's smooth.
correct luck to ya. i wouldn't try to remove all the paint first.
when mold forms it's because there's too much moisture within the air. use a disciple in nearby in the summertime to dry the walls after a shower, later a small portable heater contained by the wintertime.
turn the heater on and next when it's just nice contained by there set the therostat for the furnace to turn off and on and don't touch the thermostat again unless you grain it's to hot or to cold.
unplug the heater everytime. don't turn the oven off and on.
fitting luck to ya. sorry but my spell check won't work for me.
