Ok before you attempt to remove the hot / cold marine valves trade name sure the water is stale. From you question, you hold removed the handles but not the guts, you should know how to remove the covers by unscrewing them counter clockwise.
If you are going to replace the fiberglass tub, take a sawzall to it. Cut it to pieces. The drain will be the tricky factor. You should be able to access it through a put a bet on wall.
A large scraper ( made of steel ) such as a roofing scraper may do the floor opportunity, or a demolition / roto-hammer with a blade bit on it. Use eye protection and ear protection.
I option you the best of luck, as I have done like peas in a pod on a smaller scale.
