I NEED HELP IN GETTING A DEAD RAT OUT OF THE DUCT WORK~MY VENTS HAVE DUCTS THAT ARE BENT AND I CAN NOT GET MY HAND IN THERE~

Answers:    you could use a hanger bend it to fit in the duct next try to grab it next to the hook on the hanger

Maybe a shop vac with greatly of hose but no end piece, lately "go fishing for it". The standard 1 1/4" hose may not be big ample to suck it up to the tank, but it should hold it until you can receive it out.
