Door was fine till i laid the different laminate floor.now the bottom of the door insubstantially scrapes. The door requests to be raised The door is hinged on the vanished (from inside the house) . The hinge section on the door have an access point on the bottom and to the right side. The hinge on the door frame has a trilby and when removed there is a plastic cog next to an allen key access.
The press is ............do i turn it to the left or right to lift up the door.i have tried both ways but the door still scrape

Answers:    If you want to lift up the door you will have to make higher the frame also. The limited adjustment at the hinge is only for slightly squaring up the door inwardly its frame to ensure the multi point locking works correctly and will compensate for minor distortion of the frame on installation.
If it only catch when open possibly the frame is not quite vertical, check next to a spirit level, you may be capable of loosen the frame fixings and prise it into the right position and refix.

If it's like mine check the mounts to the frame - unpick the screws for a time and it should slide upwards slighty - never had any cheeriness adjusting the hinge the way you tried
