Answers:    There should be 2 or three strings... pull up on them adjectives at once at an angle to the side of the blind away from the windowcase, you should feel it caring of click, then agree to them down. Hope that works

there is a small rudder where the string go in that locks it within place, pull the string to the disappeared side while raising it, next let it down,
