A while ago I had a friend over and we chose to paint a few walls out of boredrom. However we are moving and I cant exactly move out my walls the way they are. I tried once to paint a piece of my wall over with white and that didnt work. My walls are apparently greatly porous?... I dont have a TON of money so is at hand something I can do thats not TOO expensive?

Answers: Do not use the new kilz2 it is hose based and useless for river stains and such graffitti as this..it is a good primer for unsullied sheetrock..but it does not do as it claims..get the ORIGINAL kilz which is a solvent base ..smelly but it works..I would use two coats of it on this dense a art work..and let it dry overnight instead of freshly one hour as the can says you can recoat...It can "grey out" on you except properly dry... Then you can recoat with your finish paint..BTW ..kilz primer does not cost 30.00 it is 10.99 at wal mart and most hardware stores close to home depot...
Must have be fun at the time! And certainly better that you did it on the wall, instead of a tatoo! I suggest getting a biddable primer, but have the paint store tint it for you contained by the color you want to eventually have. It will simply have a bit bit of color, and you may need two coats, but after when you cover it with a dark color (and I recommend a rich, deep color purely in case), it will look common.
And stay away from the spray paint aisle!
