I am looking to buy a resale home. The owner has done closely of remodeling and I want to know how I can find the builders original floor plans.
I know it be bought brand new from Centex Homes surrounded by 2001. The community is The Parks, Unit 5. And it is a 2224 sq ft home.

Answers:    go to the building department surrounded by the city/county the house is located in and ask to see the building permit and plans for that address. They might not have the untested floor plan, but they will have the proposed modifications and additions. YOu can work to the rear from there to determine the imaginative layout.

If there are no permit you might want to reconsider the purchase, especially if near was an increment or major remodel.

the solitary other option is to contact the homebuilder to see if they hold copies of the floorplan.
