of course the things in your refrigerator are going to be hot, you gone the door open for 3 hrs, dispose of all of the food, and shut the door, problem solved. your freezer is still cold because you didnt head off that door open

Close the door and let it stand for a while it should catch-up within several hours. Leaving it stand open isn't good for it but you should hold done no real damage. I would NOT get through the food as that could be dangerous.

Good luck Just let it sit a while, plugged in near the door closed like its supposed to be. The stuff inside it is probably ruined, I would throw it out. Leaving the door open shouldnt hurt the fridge but it will help yourself to a while for it to get back down to the proper cooling heat.
