hi it's vortex again if you are having trouble next to the back panel try this at each corner of the control panel here should be two Phillips screws take them out and see if the panel assembly will tip foward if it does look straight down into the put money on of the dryer the high temp resistor should be right there you'll own to reach down a little but it might be easier to do it that bearing if you need more help you can email me

You must flip open the front panel. The weirdest one I own seen is the DOT dryer by whirlpool. It is similar to a washer contained by that you must flip up the controls and remove 3 screws in vertebrae to get the top off. Then you can bring back the front off.
