Why do you need concrete? It would be just as natural to grade the dirt away from the foundation and then put down some unhealthy plastic and cover it with gravel or tree bark. Just be sure you can acquire the water to flow away from the area, or regardless of what you put here, water will pool and may end up hindmost where you don't want it.
