My basement be almost fluided by our water furnace. we got at lest 3 inchs of river in the underground room also my brother n sis in canon where living downstairs and get cloths wet too.

The problem is that 3" of water is an enourmous amount and adjectives traces of it have to be removed. The carpet, the wood framework of the walls, boxes, etc... The water removal specialists will remove adjectives wet runner, remove trim, set all furniture on blocks and consequently bring in a few roomy dehumidifiers to pull the moisture out of everything. They will also spray some microbicrobial solution on adjectives the surfaces to eliminate mold and prevent any from surfacing.
Keep track of everything you do... time spent, loads of laundry, cleaners, adjectives damaged property, etc... so that you gain reimbursed properly by your ins. company. They will have someone investigate the radiator to find out if this is common near the make and model as ably.
Good luck, it's a lot of work. BTW... my wash machine broke during a saturate cycle and I got approx. 2" of hose down throughout my basement. After it be all said and done... 10,000 dollars worth of hurt had occured. Carpet, drywall, furniture, wash machine, clothes... it's a mess and you'd be a fool to try to bar this on your own. Get the ins. folks involved ASAP.
