Answers:    I wouldn't recommend touching it. Engineers need a 'G3' qualification to work on unvented hot dampen, if these water storage vessel are set-up wrong, or by someone who doesn't know what they're doing, the results can be catastrophic!!!

Call an engineer and sort sure he has the relevant diploma.
