Answers:    Wait for the power to come spinal column on and it should start back beside it's cycle where it gone off. If it doesn't and it's reset itself, set it to the spin cycle and it should drain the dampen out and then reset the hose.
Did the breaker flip when the electricity went out? Check that first. If the breaker is fine, try resetting the washer to the starting point of the wash cycle where on earth the tub fills near water. The hose should stop filling when it achieve to the appropriate level. If the tub is full of dampen already it should move to the next sequence - usually agitation. If this doesn't work, try moving the cycle to drain to rid the tub of the sea. If none of this works you can try bailing out the tub and then put the piece of equipment on spin the rid the clothes of the rest of the water and try wash all over again. If none of that works, win a repairman a call.
