You have to cut-out the destabilized hose. You then can re-join the two halves near a double-ended male hose joiner of the right size-(take a piece of hose near you to the hardware store). It MUST BE made of brass or stainless steel and at least 2-3 inches long. It must own double barbs on respectively end, and you must out of harm`s way the connections with no smaller number than two hose clamps on each partially .
