if you hold access to a water source a glass swamp cooler will do the trick. If no water a porthole ac unit will work.
Keep it poorly lit and try to leave window open.
Of course in that are the obvious option of using an air conditioner. Fans sometimes enjoy a tendency to newly push around hot air.
