I'm thinking lemon oil, but I don't know what that will do the the sheet rock.

Just Me, knows what he is discussion about.Get it at SWP, pilfer some cash along.Also if your getting moisture from losing the Sheetrock, you will need to remove it, dry lock the wall, teem cracks and put back up moisture resistant Sheetrock.You will want to do this to avoid adjectives damage cause by termites. Moisture and wood/paper products is a termites heaven.
