Wood stove is state of the art and works fantastic but only for roughly speaking a month at a time then the chimney liner plugs up close by top with central creosote build up....burning well seasoned chery damper fully depart cant figure this one out...i own never had the prob up to that time from other experiences
Answers:    Switch to hardwoods such as seasoned oak.
what do you have between the liner and the brick?...sounds close to your chimney is too cold toward the top...if possible compress the space between the liner and chimney with vermiculite and your stack may stay hot the entire length...vermiculite is a granular stuff that comes in big loads...you would need to pour it within from the top...make sure its not running out any holes down below...will own to stuff something around pipe above your clean-out door if you have one...
