I live on the top floor of a woodframe building with a concrete cloak between my floor and the unit below. The problem is I can hear the individuals below when they slam their doors. Earplugs don't help because the hullabaloo is a vibration. Is at hand anything I can do to reduce this rumble?
I would contact the condo association and ask them if you can bring back them to write the people below to be more considerate. There isn't really much you can do save for get the population to stop this practice. You could retaliate but I doubt it would do much good. Some inhabitants are just raw Jerks. I wish I have a better answer but I can only relate to you the problems I own dealt next to. Good luck

I grain you pain. I live on the second floor within my unit, and I can hear the owner above me. It is especially rough at dark time when I am trying to sleep, and on weekends when I like to sleep within late, and she doesn't. So, I am have to be woke up by the noise above me principal.

Believe me, I tried talking to this woman and the Condo Association have us in a assembly, that was a fritter away of my time. Nothing really was solved.

I tried to attain some installation but I had to enjoy that approved by the Association and it was highly costly, and I could not afford to pay for that.

I too, can hear the key door slam too.

There really is nothing you can do, after a while you will basically get use to it.
Answers:    Talk to your neighbors and explain what is happening. Maybe they will become more considerate, but I doubt it would concluding for any length of time. Sorry, there's not much else you can do unless you can gain access to their ceiling and install some sound bat material.
