The window contained by my room is painted shut. How do I remove the paint so the window will plain again? I tried to just chip it stale with a screw driver but it didn't really work. A scrawny, sharp knife I don`t know? Any ideas?

Answers:    Take a utility axe and score the seam all the road around. Take your time, be careful and don't cut yourself next to it.

Take a putty knife and force it between the sash and frame
you may own to do this inside and out . then use a pry dowel underneath from the outside to help break the trademark. Sand the edges and wax them or even some penetrating grease will make them work better.
