ok so my central air conditioner broke down and i hold 2 wait til next week to gain it fixed in the meantime wat should i do to keep my room cooler because my room temperture can progress up 89 degrees sumtimes and i cannot sleep at all can somebody backing me please.
clear the windows at night and close them as soon as it starts to heat up up in the morning thats what we do our house doesnt have A/C and it stays around 70 -74 contained by the house even on the hottest days also if you have a basement win a fan put it at the bottom of your stairs and blow the cool air up from in that open the window

If you have and attic adherent and your attic is accessed in the house you can enlarge your access door to the attic and then open the window in your house this will pull outside nouns through your house. This will not cost you any extra on your electric bill because the attic fan runs all the time anyway. Cover the window with several layers of cloth and save them covered all day. Keep the window open at night to cool the house rotten. Use a portable fan pointed at you while you sleep. Soak a sheet in sea and wrap yourself up in it by the fan.

Be thrilled you don't live where I do. This time of year the uncooled areas of my home can get over 110.
Answers:    I have the same problem.
First, starting next to your bed, make sure you have limited, cotton sheets. Nothing thick, silky, satiny, etc. All you need are cotton sheets and pillow cases, no blankets!
Second, wear as little as possible to bed (even if it includes mortal naked). If you're someone who likes to be covered, use a sheet (if you're naked), if not, a short time ago wear shorts or shorts/tank if you are a girl. Wear thin clothes, not thick!
Third, if you own a window fan, BLOW IT OUT. Make sure that the upper air is BLOWING OUT. This keeps warm nouns from coming in, but also tries to take some out of the room. If the warmth is cooler at night and is LOWER than the temperature of your room by at least possible four degrees, then you can hold the air blow in. But after you get up up, turn the air to face OUTSIDE.

If you enjoy a floor fan, use this, too! You can also keep a small bucket of cold rime water near your bed and use a clear up rag to place on your head or stomach.

If you own a ceiling fan, USE IT.
