Why would you trouble if the plumber had a phone book? Wouldn't you be satisfied finding a plumber who does own a phone book? I am just not sure why you want to find a plumber without a phone book, when it really make no difference. That's just silly. Try your local newspaper, or if you are contained by the north east of England I'll get my fiance to come around, he's a plumber. If that fails ask a friend who they use, apt luck!
