My bathtub and foot basin are contained by the same bathroom, but the maximum temp of the tub water is significantly lower than the max temp of the hot hose down that flows out of the hand pudding basin. What can I do to bring the bath hose up to hand pudding basin temperature? My boiler is a combi boiler, and even when running the hot dampen at a lower pressure it still isn't up to par.
Answers:    Another case of a mis-sold boiler, if the correct boiler is advise on installation, you have no problems, here's how it works for me, I advocate a 32cdi boiler, which delivers hot hose at round 13 litres per minute and 35 - 40 degree rise from cold, it condenses surrounded by hot water mode (cheaper to run), and have temperature control on hot wet as well as heat. the next installer advise a boiler which is inferior, only condenses contained by heating mode, solitary delivers 10 litres per minute, and have no control of hot water heat. BUT it is lb200 cheaper, then he doesn't powerflush as required, and doesn't supply any protection to the system, another lb300 - 600 cheaper, customer goes for the 'better' quote not knowing that in reality, they have be duped into buying cheap! They soon realise however when they have the problems you are experiencing immediately. If you tell me the boiler you own, how many contained by the house, how often the wash machine is on, and how recurrently you run a bath, I will share you which boiler your 'engineer' should have installed.
Don't put as much cold dampen in.
