I signed a three year agreement and at the end I am to land a loan to buy the house. When I moved into the house everything looked fine. After a couple of days we found a leak within the basement come to find out it is the sewer.I be told by my neighbors that the landlord know of the problem. And the whole house smells resembling crap he knows give or take a few it but wants us to fix it. And still desires me to pay rent. And thats not it at hand are mice and the whole house is falling apart the walls are coming past its sell-by date the wall, the carpet wasn't put contained by right so when we step on the wrong part my kids are other stepping on nails. I'm afraid that if I stir to the city to report this me and my five kids won't have anywhere to dance. That is how bad the place is. Please relieve me.
Answers:    It appears this was a "Lease Purchase Agreement"; the vocabulary of the contract must be reviewed. It is a true "LEASE" agreement and the escrow part is completely separate. There would enjoy to have be a cool down period and three years just qualifies. Think of this opening, the title of the home remains under the ingenious owner and so do any "Mortgage/Deeded" loans. If the loans belly up or the city imposes any fines, they will belong to the unproved owner.

There must be a section that deal with liveable in condition and the need for the property to intervene "inspection". The seller would hold bring the property up to code (period).
Obviously your question belongs surrounded by the legal department not the repairs. Every contract or agreement must have a consumer protection clause where on earth you can appeal adverse action. Most contract enjoy the language that single lawyers can take to mean so I recommend that you find a lawyer and capture professional advise. Good Luck!
