I want to buy a house outside of city for a vacation of sorts. Willing to buy a fixer upper. My brothers and father will be working near me on the house. However, I came across a house beside the following ad the house is single $25K I am willing to invest another $25K. but never hear of rubber insulated house. Any one have any experience next to this. Just curious.
