Have one room suddenly blowing fuses, and another i worked on had 4 breakers for one room, 3 shut down respectively of 3 differnt sets of things, 4th shut them all down. adjectives single pole

Answers:    It seems similar to someone thought each breaker be a different circuit. The fourth breaker seems to be acting as a leading breaker for the other three. You do not mention the size of the breakers so it's hard to determin why the strange wiring circuits. There is a dignified resistance somewhere in the circuits . possibly a loose conection. Is it copper rope?
Is it ok to use get-up-and-go reorganized bulbs...
You need a professional electrician. I own seen some pretty bleak do it yourself wiring and it can be impressively dangerous. I would be mortified.
