3 small bedroom house. My neighbors just moved out and I was in recent times told they wanted to ask me if I would be interested in cleaning nearby house to get it ready to put up for sale. They were told that I do cleaning on the side. How much is the going rate so that I can give them a much cheaper price next what a cleaning company would ask. I guess they went to the Mary maids and must not have like the price that they were given. I'm sure it will consist of wiping down Bord's,walls,kitchen,bathroom,window,fl... Everything is out of the house so it will be empty...
Call the local merry maids yourself and ask what they charge. Of course you wont have social security taken out of your check , nor own insurance coverage and other benefits so of course merry maids would cost more for those. I dont understand if you do cleaning on the side why you dont simply charge your usual rate. depends where on earth you live, if you already do it on the side, then just charge them what you already charge everyone else..most culture charge anywhere from $20-$30 an hour in my area...but if they enjoy a "real" business they're paying taxes on and paying insurances etc then they would obviously charge more most feasible. That sounds like hard work, tricky enough cleaning your own house lol
I have someone verbs my house every other week. She brings her own cleaning supplies (or at least most of them), she washes sheets, kids clothes, towels, empty dishwasher if anthing is in it, and then also adjectives of your obvious cleaning as well.
She charges me $60 every other week and it typically take her between 4-5 hours to clean my 3 bedroom plus loft, two story house.
She does a fantastic job and I guess it's a great price!
i also have a housekeeper, she's been next to me for 3 and a half years. started off paying her $10.00 per hour but respectively year she got better and did a little more. does a fantastic post and is now paid $15.00 per. SHE DOES THIS FOR A LIVING. most family want to charge by the job which i don't want. all of a sudden they're not doing adjectives the things they used to do but expect to be paid the same money. i don't consider that tolerant. i pay by the hour and don't expect her to rush, just give somebody a lift her time but keep going for two hours, twice a week. being salaried by the hour is a fair system to use.
tell them you want to be remunerated XXXX amount of dollars for every hour worked, that way you both get a event shake.
$12.00 to $15.00 ? divide the hour into quarters in suitcase you work an extra 15 minutes or half hour. you still use the rate but divide it by quarters.

honourable luck to ya.

Probably $100

Call merry maids and see how much they would charge for that.then take off 10%
Answers:    CHARGE 300 IF HOUSE IN FAIR CONDITION IF NOT CHARGE 400 BUT MAKE SURE THEY BUY THE CLEANING SUPPLIES.
