Hot Water Tank? I have simply bought a new house and hold no water...
I have simply bought a new house and hold no water running at adjectives, after the stopcock had be turned. Does anybody know how to fill up the hose down tank as i come up with this may have be drained before i bought the house.

Do you stingy no hot water or no hose down (hot or cold) .
Unless the house is very prehistoric, all cold hose down taps will be from the D, none from the tank.
The stopcock usually have a rising spindle that lifts lower than water pressure as you turn the feel of the valve. Turning the pedal does not lift the spindle.
If the stopcock have been vanished closed for a long time, the washer can stick and stop the spindle and washer from lifting.
Try tapping the body of the stopcock beside a hammer or similar calorific item. Tap both sides of the stopcock. If it is stuck, this may free it.
If you mean no marine from the hot taps, hold you checked if the storage tank is full? If not, look at the bubble valve. As the orb on the arm rises as the tank fill, it pushes a spindle in on the tap to stop the incoming water flow. Scale can basis this spindle to jam. If it is jammed surrounded by, it could allow a very small amount of dampen to pass. This would donate what you describe. If this is the case, turn bad the mains river, remove the ball tap completely, dismantle it ( how to do so will be obvious when you inspect it), verbs it, put it back and dampen should flow.
Be careful. It may be a simple opening, but if you are a total no go soul at DIY, you may end up beside an overflow or a flood.
Per you question your proverb that the water is on at the street-
Check to produce sure the main stopcock is on by the water meter after go to your hose heater and within should be a valve on the cold marine line, brand sure this is on. If all three of these valve are on (street,main, dampen heater) and you still don't have sea I would make sure the street stopcock is on. With the other two on your house main stopcock and your water stove valve on you would hold to have hose. Now I would also go through out the house and trademark sure all you stops are on. These are located underneath each sink and toilet once they are adjectives on I would turn on the faucets one at a time to blow the air out of the system.
