I noticed that my hot marine runs out very speedily.
I can only rob a shower for about 10 minutes and consequently it would slowly turn cold.
I have to slowly turn the cold river down every minute to keep the river at least melt.
Can someone tell me why this could be stirring and what could be done to fix the problem?
1) Does anyone else use the hot water? (do you share next to family or even other family in your building - if you rent). There could be too frequent people need hot water than the size of the tank can switch.

2) If it is just you, you might enjoy one of those tiny water heaters which may not be all right size for you.

3) worst case scenario, your heating system is losing its heating efficacy and cant keep up near the cold water coming into it while you shower... may call for adjustment/repair/replacement.
If you are running out of Hot Water -- either the dimensions of your water radiator is too small - the remedy would be to get a larger size water radiator

You have the heat set too low. You Water Heater has adjusters on it (normally two) to set how hot you need it to heat your dampen. These require only a screwdriver to product the adjustment. Look for two covers on the side of your Water Heater, one near the top, and the other in the neighbourhood the bottom, remove them, and you will see the adjusters.
Answers:    With an electric one, nine times out of 10 it is the lower element or it's thermostat specifically out. It is likely solely heating the top bit of the tank.

The upper part rarely heat and is there for "hurried recovery" when you run the whole reservoir down to cold, and only heat the top part of the container.

So the bottom element does most of your heat and fails first.

Having somebody replace the feature is cheaper than a new cistern. But age is a consideration if it is in a location where on earth a leak could do impair.
Is it a new hot sea heater? Is it too small? Is someone else using the hot hose down at the same time? Other than that, you may own a problem with your thermocoupler or the heat control. The thermocoupler may need cleaning or replacing.
