I need to insulate my exterior facing walls within my home. They are too thin to incorporate foam or blow in insulation to.
Instead of removing the plaster board walls that we own now and tally insulation then replacing the aged walls with drywall...
I thought I could attach that dense foam board and cover that with drywall.
Would that work to insulate resourcefully?

Presently you can feel the cold nouns blowing in from the outside because we of late don't have any insulation at adjectives in our wall.
I'm hopefull that by tallying this foam board and drywall layer this will cut fund on wasted money/energy trying to keep hold of our home warm/cool
Answers:    getting it filled next to blown insulation would be the best as far as effiency goes but it also the most expensive and depending on how outdated your plaster walls are they will probobly crack and maybe even blow holes within it. blue board would be the cheepest and the most simple way to insulate short renovation. dont forget you will need atleast 2 1/4 inch screw to fasten your drywall to your wall studs astern the blueboard and plaster walls. I dont think it will hold up capably if u just screw it to the blueboard.
It will definitely aid but you will get better results if you fir out the wall and donate a dead nouns pocket between the foam and existing drywall. Of course this will take up more nouns from the rooms.
