I am to receive a chunk of money back from the IRS, out of the following things, what should I use it for:

1) Radon mitigation (I do own a radon problem)
2) Water softener, acid reducer (I do hold hard, bitter water)
3) Garage floor repair and water seal (I have cracks, and like mad of moisture during spring/summer months).

Answers:    Def the radon mitigation and garage floor repair since one affects the other. If the wet softener & acid reducer are within the basement, you can affix those after the first issues are resolved. Good luck!
