Hi, is a cess pool the same article as a septic cistern contained by US?

And secondly, how much would it cost to convert a cess pool to a septic tank? My daughter found a house she requirements to buy but it has a "cess pool". Any knowledgable warning is welcomed.

Answers:    the septic container is just that and from to hand the top,you run a finger system of tiles known as a cesspool and stretch it throughout the courtyard in adjectives directions,trying to keep it contained by a dry area of the patio and away from the driveway and well areas

Hmmm, ya know when I be younger my mother often told me my room looked similar to a "cess pool"....lol...I do know what my room often looked close to but the difference, I am not sure...I think they are alike things...lol..but one is in the ground and the other is within a tank!!
