I moved into a new house a year or two ago.
The people who built the house apparently didnt dispose of their trash resembling they should have, instead they buried it in our put money on yard.My son was running through the backyard sometime and the ground fell in at one spot.I didnt think much of it since it be a small hole. But now the trash has decaded contained by the ground and now the whole receive bigger and bigger and u cant step around it without the ground falling in.
Is here anything i can do about this because the company refuses to fix it.So what can i do?
Consider suing the original contractors or the agents, they have vanished the site in a dangerous condition and should put it right. A threat of decree can make some people switch their minds suddenly. Any letters you send out should own a hard copy filed away for adjectives use. Don't rely on a computer copy, just before you stipulation it you will lose it. ewww...u should make the old owner verbs it up or pay to fix it.
Oh my god - the home builder is certainly responsible for this and should clean it up until that time someone gets hurt! Maybe you should contact someone from your city's building department & ask them what to do - make sure you embezzle LOTS OF PICTURES of the spot, and keep taking pictures as it get bigger, etc. You may need to hire a lawyer and hold them on notice that you plan to sue them if it's not taken care of PRONTO! Good luck! First jump to the Better Business Bureau and report them. Then call your local Environment Protection Agency office and report to them what has happened. Also name whatever licensing board within your area that handles contractors and builders and enlighten them. The BBB really has no power to make anyone do anything, but if the company is a applicant, they'll want to keep their good standing, your best bet is the EPA and the license board.
Answers:    You enjoy two choices, 1) either dig up the trash and swarm it with rocks and sand. A little at a time and flush with hose down so the rocks & sand fill the voids (holes) - then compact it.
2) Or only just keep filling it next to with the rocks sand & Dirt

I have same problem here within Florida so I tried #2 for several years - then I finally dug it up and filled it.
I found a huge door and aluminum window, pipe, cinder blocks etc...
Good luck
Go to city hall and own the permit on the property pulled. It should have adjectives the sign offs on it so you know who did what on the property, while you are at it, file a complaint and show them pictures of the areas in sound out. They should help you in your favor because they will also be liable for signing rotten on something they shouldn`t have.

Get a consultation from a lawyer within real estate, I`m sure they will be glad you did, especially if they see dollar signs coming their way. If they proposition to accept the case for free, that`s your indicator you own a winner of a case, in recent times don`t be disappointed if they end up with more than you.

There hold been many housing developments built over rubbish and landfill dumps, that's why your situation doesn`t surprise me.
