i have a central h/a element and in my house in front of the component where i change the filter my floor is wet. some how water is draining or leak into the house and onto my carpet. any ideas what's wrong and how surrounded by the world do i fix this. thank you!!

There should be a condesate drain. Quite possible you have a plug within the pan inside the unit or more imagined where the piping is outside. Sometimes small animals tend to crawl in at hand. Check the line you may be able to clear the clog beside compressed air.
