Well im not really sure where the river is coming from, but its only leak in 1 room. And the sea is coming through the A/C and heat vent. Not plentifully of water, but drops at a time. It is raining outside, and it in recent times started to leak. I checked the attic, but i could not see any leak coming from the roof. What causes this??
Answers:    I would guess that at hand is such high humidity that moisture is condensing contained by the duct and being spit out, especially since you mention AC first, if specifically on. It is an unlikely place for rain to show up.
I would suggest, instead of looking the attic, you clutch the grill off the vent and use a mirror, a flashlight and awareness with your appendage to explore the inside and find out if it is soggy.
You might also check - depending on the length of your ducts - to see whether hose has collected beneath the AC coil and is being carried along - the drain might not be clear.
To answer your examine one needs to know how your roof looks resembling, what material be used when making it, how's the weather in your region and lots of other things. When a roof leak, it's often unyielding to find out why, unless there's visible holes within it. The sun, contant rain and weave can cause problems over time. A stone thrown by a kid too... Or if a wall get a fissure, water might also come within...
