You could own another set of fuses in a disconnect box outside of your house by the unit. It is possible that when you shut the breaker past its sell-by date and turned it right back on that the fuses in the box outside blew. You will call for to shut the breaker back off. Remove the fuses and enjoy them checked.
Sometimes those need a confident amount of time before they will restart. It may be 5 minutes, it may be 15 minutes. Flip the breaker off and lurk about 15 minutes before flipping it final on.
Some even have a safety switch built surrounded by that will keep the condenser from restarting for a certain spell of time. If that is the case, vacate the breaker on and just wait.
Answers: Hello there. First of all, presently you know that you have power going to the ac unit, condenser, and evaporator. The subsequent step will be, to get a voltmeter and check for voltage on the main disconnect box at the section. You should get 120volts or 208volts what ever the anit's design is. Check your fuses; you can check your fuses by checking for voltage across each ruin of each fuse or by checking continuity. If your fuses are good, after check your t-stat. T-stat turning on? If is not on. Does it have batteries? If not clear your t-stat and check for voltage from common to red wire. you should own 24volts. If you have 24volts going into it but t-stat not turning on, then you get a bad t-stat and you need to bring back a new one.
