I was taking a shower and I turned and slipped and my knees hit the faucet. When I hit it, it made it where you can't verbs up on the thingy that makes it a shower. My husband and I figure out how to make it kind-of work, but yesterday I be trying to make it a shower, and the full thing pulled up and out of the faucet and some slice fell out.

I have no theory what to do or even where to inaugurate to figure out what the parts are call to research.
