Answers:    I' m not sure what you call it, but I know what you're chitchat about. My Grandmama have that on her house. It actually moved out some white chalk, or dust on your fingers when you touched it. I always required to call it 'slate siding', but I don't know it to be exact correct or not. They moved to the house around 1960, and I have no clue how outmoded the house already was. Sorry that I am no backing, I just needed to let you know that I know what you are conversation about!!
