machine, next I was competent to connect. Then after week the machine floods the kitchen, the problem seem to be from the new pipework the first plumber installed, later the next plumber who fixed it say it was the style which the pipe work was installed and zilch to do with me connecting the contraption.
So everything was designed to be fixed, then another problem near the washing domestic device arises it overheats, then I'm told that it have a defective thermostat and beyond repair.
Can I make a claim against the shop where on earth I brought it for damages and can I make a claim against the 2 plumbers as economically?
whose at fall if adjectives?
You cannot sue anyone within a County Court for less than lb500. Then you enjoy to wait months for a date for a audible range before it get to court. It will cost you lb100 to put it in court which, if you win you can claim stern.
You will also have to own proof for your allegations.
Why wasn't the pipework found to be faulty when it be first installed, why wasn't it tested. As for your claim against the shop, it depends how long you have have the machine. They can claim it be fair wear and crack unless it is still under a guarentee.
Not sure on your request for information, did the plumbers come recommended from the shop? If the 2nd plumber blames the first one, he may be right in that the pipework wasn't done properly and hence it leaked.

Alternatively the pipework be fine and the fault be with the gadget, the shop must either repair or replace it beside a working one, its within your consumer rights. Dodgy pipework or not, it wouldn't hold caused your electrical device to now be broken.
Answers:    they should of done their job right contained by the first place...when you buy a washer from a company store it's part of the contract they set you up correctly
Erm can't really claim against the shop... They enjoy sold you goods which hold developed a fault.. It seem that fault be not there when it be sold.. However under the Sales of Goods deed they are required to remedy all fault that occur contained by the first 6 months..

(I used to own a domestic appliance business - spoke directly to trading standards)..

The plumbers that fitted the failed pipework you could steal action against.. If they are unwilling to comply you can report them to trading standards and they will investigate them.. If they are dodgy they will not close to that at all..

A thermostat is never beyone economical repair they are cheap and it is invariably a exceptionally easy living. But if that is their decree they must replace your washer. If they do not go to trading standards.

I have to close my business because cowboys were undercutting me and selling culture dodgy appliances.. Used to be a really good business previously that.
