Have a Mastercraft snowblower 8-26. Shear pin broken , where on earth within tool do I find pin to replace? ...

Answers:    You have to rotate the blades by mitt and look in the hole that the shear pin go in. ( the shear pin drives the blades and is designed to "shear" rotten if something gets caught within the auger. usually there are two of them through the center shaft of the blades that chew up the snow) The body of the mature shear pin will still be in the center, it will look similar to a fine line surrounded by the shape of a circle. you will need to appropriate a punch and drive the old shear pin out , and replace.
Have looked contained by your ownersmanual for a parts list and a phone number for the nearest repair shop. Have you tried the internet.
