Have 5hp craftsman engine.? got new magneto. it have 2 wires. 1 goes to the kill...

got new magneto. it have 2 wires. 1 goes to the kill switch, where on earth does the other wire hook to.
Some sticky liquid get into my push button...
Answers:    According to the wiring diagram for my sear tractor, one wire goes to the ignition switch, (kill switch) and the other go to ground. I assume it is to make sure the module is grounded to the engine. The ignition module is grounded to the engine through the mounting bolts so the extra wire is probably not needed.
