I have a problem with intricate water in my shower. It get to where I have resembling no water coming out of the shower head. Last time I bought a unsullied one, but I can't keep doing that every couple months. Is there something I can do around this? Someone told me I could clean it out, but how? Do I soak the shower head surrounded by something, or is there something you can buy? It was so unpromising this morning I could barely get the shampoo wash out of my hair.
Vinegar to the rescue. Either remove and soak the head or tie a plastic case filled with it around the lead and let it soak. keep your spare and soak it contained by vinegar. Have you consider a water softener?

If you're certain it's the shower head, and not the river lines, clean the shower head (if it's metal).

Remove the shower team leader and soak it in some CLR for about 20 minutes. Pull it out of the CLR and rinse it stale under running water from the kitchen sink. Reattach the shower commander.

If this is a common problem, you might have to (a) replace the dampen heater as you might have a great deal of sediment in it and/or (b) install a water softner that can be have at home improvement stores. A water softener is not cheap, but surrounded by very hard dampen areas, it is the only choice. Hard water make it harder to clean clothes, destroys water heaters contained by a matter of a few years, clogs up pipes, shower heads, faucets, and make you keep buying more items to replace. A water softener is a few hundred dollars up front obviously, but saves you in ways that you wouldn't expect (laundry detergent, automatic dishwasher detergent, trial water heaters, etc.)
Answers:    Soak it in lime ascend remover over night , do it regular if your water is that sturdy
the team leader of the shower is metal?
than turn it loose and put it in a water next to ca 10% vinegar.
heat the water and vinegar beside the head of the shower.
the acid solution wil produce the lime ( CaCO3) loose.
(be careful, its hot)
I live in Arizona near extremely hard water, and I discovered a cleaner a few years ago that I use religiously to verbs off mineral scale...it's wonderful. And if you get hold of a big bottle you can soak your shower head in it overnight and it will support a lot. Check your local independent hardware store like Ace or True Value:
