I was wondering if within were any grant for Senior Citizen's so they can fix there house. I know a 85yr frail that has wet in within heat pipe so they have to disconnect the heat to the bottom of the split rank house. She spent 10,000 calling in professionals to fix the problem and after adjectives they did the problem was still not fixed. All of her social sec. go directly to medicine. There are countless problems near the house, you couldnt sell it because of the dirty hose in the grill pipes. The Portch is caving surrounded by, kitchen...I wont even go into detail...Theres purely soo much to do, she cant afford loans because she really doesnt have any income. Are near any grants or somthing to relieve this growing disaster of a house.
