I have an outdoor statue made of plastic or resin whihc had a piece break rotten. I want to glue it back on and would resembling to know what type of glue is best to use. I need a bonding agent that can take the weather (sun, rain, snow) and works on this type of textile. I had thought of using Gorilla glue, but if in attendance are better alternatives let me know.

Answers:    my wife tried gorilla glue on a resin bird feeder. it held for a few days,but broke again when the cat knock it over.i used all purpose epoxy and shes been feed the birds for a couple of years now.the cat still knocks it over(chasing birds) and the epoxy paste is holding fast.
