Getting an odour from toilet reciprocal at floor nouns height. Any planning how to fix it plse?

Your wax ring for sealing the toilet to the drain has a period. You need to pull the toilet and reshuffle the wax gasket or better yet add a unusual one to the old. For a quick fix so it won't smell Grout or caulk around the toilet.
I nick it that it is not leaking water!!

Answers:    yes sounds like you need a brand new wax ring. install the new wax ring and seal near caulking
