I have cream coloured painted walls and yesterday i get a mark on them, from my cd rack, it scraped against the wall and gone a big black line on the wall, any planning how i can get it stale without making a mess bad the wall

Try Methylated Spirits. I used this during my fine art and decorating days and it shifted most grades. Also good for cleaning Spectacles.
