I put a basketball goal up within my garage for those rainy or cold days but the concrete is to slick. Can It be ruffed up or coated or something?
Have a look at the web page below below "Grippa Safe". This product will very soundly etch the surface profile and make it vastly grippy. It is very effortless to use. Just broom on and leave for 4-8 mins in the past mopping off for a great non slip floor. It will wear down after a few years but can be re-applied time and time again.

Yes it can...they product a sanded paint for freshly this type of occasion. There are tons treatments to use...check with Lowe's and Home Depot.

I advice telling you to lately rough the surface, since we don't know the age, and if you might have asbestos or some other death-defying additive within the foundation.
Answers:    There's a texture paint that can be applied right over the surface. Just ask at your local hardware store.
