Galvanized Plumbing, what can be done? Buying an older house, 1959, and one of the lone real...

Buying an older house, 1959, and one of the lone real shortcomings is galvanize plumbing. Any remedies other than total replacement?

1959 galvinized is pretty good, obviously it also depends on your water point
If you are haveing leaks contained by the pipe or rusty water comming out of the faucets I wouldn't verbs about it to much

if you're problem free right immediately,and the pipes look ok...dont even breathe on them...if you can plumb,and you just want to own a project, then start replacing near copper where you requirement to,and plastic where you can bring back by.but I've never been that bored! I plumbed my own home,but that be out of necessity,not because it be fun.
