I seem to own a problem. My issue is that both my dryer and my stove/oven do not seem to be working. They both go on the fritz at about one and the same time. The issue is that the clock/timer works on the stove, and when I turn the dryer on it does not run, but it seems to try to. If that make sense. My question is, is here a possibility that part of a circuit breaker would allow some power to turn to these appliances, but not enough to truly power it completely.
Answers:    Call an electrician. The dryer and stove should be on separate circuits. Have him advise you what to do. This will be cheaper than burning the house down.
I am going to assume that your stove and dryer are electric. if they are it possible that you own a bad fuse/circuit breaker. you lately need 110 volts to operate the timer and clock on the stove. its a honest place to start looking
