I just have a new York gas furnace put surrounded by by PSE&G. But there are problems. First the when the motor start running, the home vibrate, 2nd when the blower starts, it makes this really high pitch humming clamour, it's very annoying especially at dark. PSE&G managed to fix the first problem, but insists the 2nd problem is ordinary. It's hard to believe that a different furnace is designed to be this loud and can wake associates up at night.
Does anyone know anything almost this brand. I don't know what to do now.

Answers:    It sounds resembling the duct system may not be the proper size. They should have perform a load computation to find the proper size unit. It lately sounds like a greatly poor installation. Also, according to my source, York units just receive a ** of ***** rating. For more info, check out the furnace page at my source.

These units hold 2 speeds high and low it sounds to m close to it is running on the wrong speed.
High for a/c and low for heat.
Or probably they sold you a unit to be precise larger than you really need.
