I have a 2 year dated new Amana furnace and its other going down for some reason. 26 below surrounded by Minnesota and the heat's off. Dog and I are shivering, house at 50 degree, and wind whistle. I'm told the trip is bumped to $189 for the after hours trip, plus cost of parts.
I called 7 times 3 1/2 hrs previously I got a response. afterwards though he's 15 min away, he tells me he'll be at hand in 90 minutes grounds he has to put on pant.
Okay..he's pissed. It's cold, it's 3 am the guy wanted to sleep.
It take him 3 min to see it was a flame sensor, consequently he tells me the segment is $170.

I question why so much. He tell me how sensitive it is and probably has mercury contained by it.
He shows me the little part. While he's writing up the bill, I google & retail is $12, & requests to be wiped verbs not replaced. He assures me it is $170. I show him my print out, he gets angry, I beg to be excused to okay a $359 charge. This is a scam. What do I do? Where should I report it?
